Satisfaction Survey Ends July 17

Next Tuesday, July 17, is the deadline for bookstores to respond to ABA’s 2012 Member Satisfaction Survey. The online survey takes just minutes to complete, but the results are of vital importance to ensuring that ABA’s programs and services best fit member needs.

The survey, which was sent to stores by e-mail from ABA’s Member Relationship Managers on Tuesday, June 26, is also accessible here [1] with a BookWeb user name and password. One response per store location is requested.
