Kobo Arc Tablet Now in Stock at Ingram

Independent bookstores now have the ability to sell tablets to their customers. Kobo has announced that the newest member of its device family, the Kobo Arc, is in stock at Ingram and ready to ship. Arc accessories — a sleep cover and anti-glare screen protector — are also in stock at Ingram.

The Kobo Arc, available in white, comes in three memory sizes: 16 GB (suggested retail $199); 32 GB ($249); and 64 GB ($299).

Arc is a tablet, and tablets — which proved to be a popular gift this past holiday season — have multiple capabilities and can be used for eBooks, music, movies, apps, games, and web browsing. The Kobo Arc, designed for comfortable reading, is the only tablet that learns what users like and helps them discover eBooks and other content connected to their interests.

As a launch incentive, the following special terms apply for Kobo Arc orders made before February 1, 2013 (“Launch Arcs”):

• Stores that order at least five (5) Launch Arcs — in any combination of sizes but with no more than one (1) 16GB unit — will receive a device display unit with an attached 16GB demo Arc;
   
• Launch Arcs and Arc accessories are fully returnable until February 28, 2013.
