The Spring 2009 Children's Indie Next List Preview

With a fun and vibrant design that reflects the energy, verve, and insight of its indie bookseller recommendations, the Spring 2009 Kids' Next List has arrived. The new list can be seen in preview [1] and is now featured on IndieBound.org [2] in a clear, interactive format that lets consumers access all of the stellar picks and purchase titles from their favorite independent bookstores.

Copies of the list will be arriving in stores toward the end of the month in the quarterly Children's White Box. (Not receiving White Box mailings? Learn how [3].)

The list was compiled with the input of independent booksellers nationwide, and it features their selections of notable titles for young children and teens, both the top-10 titles and an additional 44 titles in age-appropriate categories, ranging from ages four through eight to titles for teen readers.
