ABA Booksellers Invited to ASTRA Marketplace

Owners and employees of American Booksellers Association member bookstores are invited to attend the American Specialty Toy Retailing Association's Marketplace and Academy (ASTRA). The event takes place in Providence, Rhode Island, from June 13 to June 16.

ABA members can attend the show at ASTRA member rates, which includes free show-floor-only admission. “Many retailers are not aware that if they want to come on just Monday or just Tuesday to visit the exhibit hall only they can register to do that for free,” said ASTRA president Kathleen McHugh.

The Marketplace and Academy is ASTRA's annual trade show and education event, featuring more than a dozen education sessions covering different areas of retail operations. “ASTRA’s Marketplace & Academy has been the year’s largest gathering of the specialty toy industry for some time, and this year we expect to break attendance records once again,” said McHugh.
