Americans for the Arts Sponsors Creative Conversations

This month, the Americans for the Arts Emerging Leader Council is inviting booksellers and others interested in the arts to participate in creative conversations with other emerging arts leaders who want to make a difference in their lives and communities.

The conversations are taking place throughout October, in connection with National Arts and Humanities Month. The conversations are happening in nearly 40 communities across the country. The locations can be found on a U.S. Map on the Emerging Arts Leaders website at ww3.artsusa.org/services/emerging_leaders/.

The council is encouraging booksellers to register now to discuss challenges specific to the participant's age group and experience in the field and to brainstorm solutions with other young community leaders. The organization provides an online toolkit to help successfully plan and carry out Emerging Arts Leaders creative conversations.
