Members Asked to Complete Satisfaction Survey

The American Booksellers Association wants booksellers’ opinions about how it serves members. To that end, on Thursday morning, July 14, ABA sent an e-mail to all ABA regular and branch stores with a link to a simple 14-question survey (also accessible here), which will take just minutes to complete.

Member responses will help ABA discover program and service areas for improvement, expansion, and/or preservation.

The deadline for responses is August 2, 2011. One response per store location is requested.
