Recent Changes to the ABA Book Buyer's Handbook Online

Putting the Book Buyer's Handbook online has allowed ABA to update the data on a continual basis, and booksellers are strongly encouraged to alert ABA of any changing terms they learn of. To assist in this, ABA has included a link on the ABA members' Handbook homepage through which booksellers can send information.

Here is a brief outline of the most significant recent changes that have been made.

Black Sparrow Press has discontinued publishing. Backlist titles are available from David R. Godine Publishers, Gingko Press, and Ecco Press. Ecco is distributed by HarperCollins Publishers.

Diamond Comic Distributors, Inc. has begun distribution of IDW Publishing.

Footprint Press, Inc.: Full ordering and returns information has been added.

Media Books Audio Publishing: Full ordering and returns information has been added.

Medical Economics Company/PDR: Now represented as Thomson/Medical Economics. eMedguides has been added to the discount schedule. Office fax has been changed to (201) 722-2680. Web address has been changed to http://www.medec.com.

Millbrook Press, Inc.: Fulfillment and billing services are now being handled by Simon & Schuster.

Park Place Publications: Full ordering and returns information has been added.

Stackpole Books has discontinued distribution of Medals of America Press.

Thomson Learning--Sales Group: Correct web address is http://www.thomsonlearning.com.
