Survey Underway to Shape Future ABA Education Offerings

The American Booksellers Association has begun formulating plans for future educational offerings for bookstore members. To create a program that truly meets members' needs, the association is seeking the input of bookstore owners and staff through an online survey accessible through the BookWeb homepage or directly at www.bookweb.org/read/7981.

The survey, which will only take a few minutes to complete, will be instrumental in identifying the educational programming most important to ABA's member booksellers. The deadline for completing the survey is Tuesday, September 20.

One respondent will be chosen at random and awarded airfare and hotel accommodations to attend ABA's Winter Education Institute to be held in Long Beach, California, on January 26 - 27, 2006.
