Wi7 Hotel Very Close to Sold Out

Booksellers Wait for Registration Cancellations

The 2012 Winter Institute host hotel, the Astor Crowne Plaza in New Orleans’ French Quarter, is very close to sold out. Registered booksellers who have not yet made their hotel reservations are encouraged to do so immediately. Wi7 registrants have until tomorrow, Friday, October 28, to book a room at the special member rate unless the ABA room block sells out even sooner. (A special rate code and link to the hotel web page were provided in the e-mail confirming event registration.)

Booksellers who are registered for the Winter Institute but no longer plan to attend are asked to contact ABA staff as soon as possible. There are dozens of ABA members on the waiting list who will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis when space opens up.
