Award Balloting and Celebration Sign-Up Underway

Booksellers at ABA member stores have until midnight on Saturday, March 31, to cast their ballots for the 2012 Indies Choice Book Awards and the E.B. White Read-Aloud Awards. The winners, to be named on April 5, will be honored at the American Booksellers Association’s Celebration of Bookselling Author Awards Luncheon, on Tuesday, June 5, at BookExpo America.

Always a trade show highlight, the luncheon brings together indie booksellers, award winners and finalists, and dozens of authors whose works have appeared on the Indie Next Lists.

Reservations for this free event will be accepted from two booksellers at each ABA member store on a first-come, first-served basis. Each bookseller who would like to attend should complete the electronic reservation form on Bookweb.org as soon as possible.
