A Picks Deadline Reminder

Here's a quick reminder about two upcoming Book Sense Picks deadlines.

• Friday, August 5, is the deadline for nominations for the October Book Sense Picks list, and
• Friday, August 12, is the deadline for nominations for the Halloween/Get Caught Reading Top Ten.

For the October Picks list, please nominate titles that you are looking forward to handselling to your customers, especially titles that are being published in late August, September, and early October. Titles for the Picks list can be either hardcover or paperback, and nominations for nonfiction titles are welcomed.

Book Sense will again be working in collaboration with the Association of American Publishers to develop the Halloween/Get Caught Reading Top Ten, and nominations for the list can be either children's or adult trade titles.
