September Workshop on Opening or Buying a Bookstore

The Bookstore Training Group of Paz & Associates will be conducting a workshop retreat in September that offers participants an opportunity to immerse themselves in the book industry, learn strategies, and find contacts to help launch a successful independent bookstore.

"Opening a Bookstore: The Business Essentials" will be held from September 13 - 17 on Amelia Island (near Jacksonville, Florida). The week will focus on key topics, from start-up costs and strategies for making a profit to choosing a computerized management system and selecting an opening inventory.
