Book Sense Welcomes Two New Publisher Partners
The Book Sense family of Publisher Partners continues to grow with the addition of two new Partners, just in time for BEA: Continuum International and Hyperion Books for Children.
Continuum International is a medium-sized, independent publisher with offices in New York City and London. Continuum has been an imprint in the United States for more than forty years and has a strong reputation as one of the first publishers of the work of the Frankfurt School, titles by important thinkers such as Paolo Freire and Erich Fromm, and volumes in the field of feminist theology.
In recent years, Continuums publishing program has broadened considerably. It is now a major publisher in the performing arts, music, jazz, popular culture, politics and social issues, and religion, both academic and popular spirituality. Continuum also publishes across a range of academic subjects, including history, linguistics, computer studies, the social sciences, and a notable new list in Continental philosophy.
