Upcoming ABA Booksellers Forums Schedule

In an effort to provide members with updates on association business, as well as to answer questions and gather bookseller input to shape future programs and initiatives, the American Booksellers Association has been holding a series of Booksellers Forums this spring in conjunction with regional booksellers association meetings throughout the country.

Additional ABA programming varies from meeting to meeting. Among the programs offered are an ABACUS Sneak Preview for members who have submitted their financial data for the 2002 survey and those who bring it with them to the meeting; a Budgeting and Monitoring Workshop, exploring a system of financial controls that enables booksellers to predict bookstore performance and measure outcomes; a Succession Planning Workshop; and updates on the Book Sense marketing program and BookSense.com.
