As there are dozens of booksellers on the waiting list for Winter Institute 7, ABA is urging registered booksellers whose plans have changed to contact association staff as soon as possible.
The 2012 Winter Institute in New Orleans is made possible by the overall support of the Ingram Content Group, Wi7’s lead sponsor, and the support of more than 30 large and small publishers.
Last Friday, just eight days after the opening of registration for the Seventh Annual Winter Institute, the event was booked to capacity, and ABA began accepting names for a waiting list.
Winter Institute 7 is now fully booked. However, a waiting list is forming, and, if you would like to be added to the waiting list, please fill out the waiting list form.

For the third year, the American Booksellers Association will award the Avin Mark Domnitz Scholarship to attend the Winter Institute to the owner or an employee of a bookstore who submits the store’s 2010 financial data to the ABACUS-10 survey before the August 15 deadline.
