The deadline to pre-register for Find Waldo Local 2013 has been extended to this Friday, March 29. Sign up now for the July community-wide celebration of the uniqueness, fun, and strength of local businesses, co-sponsored by Candlewick Press and ABA.

All ABA Regular Bookstore members should be on the lookout for an electronic ballot for the 2013 election of American Booksellers Association officers and directors to arrive via an e-mail from CEO Oren Teicher this Friday, March 29.

Stores can choose to participate in one, some, or all four of this spring’s Celebrate (With) Indies multi-publisher promotions, but they must sign up by next Friday, April 5. Stores that are not yet taking part in the promotion can sign up at BookWeb.org/celebrate.
